Who we are

We are the Agroligadas: a movement formed by women linked to agribusiness, whose common purpose is to connect the countryside and the city using truth, ethics, courage, commitment, and love through communication and education actions.

Since 2018, we have shown the population that agro is present in all moments of our lives and we advocate the dissemination of reliable information with empathy and sensitivity.

We are a union of strong, protagonist women who live for agribusiness and fight for the demystification of the sector.

We are many, we are all. We are Agroligadas!!

Our Pillars
Communicate and Educate

Our mission is to strengthen the relationship between the countryside and the city through women in agribusiness.

We promote internal and external actions that connect with each other, empowering women to improve communication and transforming the City’s opinion of what they knew about agribusiness. We provide new experiences to urban people who accept to know and understand more about our industry.

We develop internal actions such as meetings, lectures, gatherings, workshops, training, and participation in events for the Agroligadas’s Companies, and external actions, these are the projects carried out by the cores that are in different regions of the country. Always connecting the Countryside and the City.

We are open to partnerships with institutions and companies that have projects related to our purpose, thus strengthening communication within agribusiness.

We take information about the industry far and wide, through radio shows, podcasts and social networks, we create this content ourselves.

We open dialogue with those outside the gate.

5 years living a Purpose

5 years ago we decided to give life to the Agroligadas Movement. What we didn’t know is that, in fact, the Movement would give us a lot of life. Since we started our mission – to connect the countryside and the city – we have traveled inside and outside ourselves, meeting many people, many places and connecting many stories.

We have fulfilled our purpose with truth, ethics, commitment and courage, always showing the agro with love as we see it.

The bridges we’ve been building so far have linked us to many dreams, challenges, achievements and joys, in addition to many people each year, adding and increasing the links.

We reached 2023 with the 5-year mark of the founding of Agroligadas. It’s been 60 months sowing in other people the desire to help the agro to be bigger and better. It’s been 5 years planting information and reaping the companionship of women who want to see agro happen and do their best to make it happen.

It’s been 5 years of strong willpower and love for the sector that helps take our country to the top of the world.

Our path had the scent, colors and beauty of the flower that symbolizes our brand, even though it had – like every path – the rigor of thorns, strengthening us with each challenge.

We thank you for all the hands that have helped us in these years so far. We already anticipate our gratitude for everything that is yet to come and we leave our invitation: would you like to connect the countryside and the city by our side?

Get to know our work fronts

Communication

Our communication objective is to develop projects and actions with information about the field, creating connections and spaces for dialogue with society.

How do we do it? Simple!

We create agribusiness content for social networks, radio programs, events and many other media.

Education

We need to make the population aware from an early age about the importance of agribusiness. And to create a positive farming culture, we develop educational projects with the participation of young people, children and teachers.

One example is the Agroligadas Field Day project, which provides secure and up-to-date information about the countryside.

Technical Committee

Basement. This is the starting point for the Agroligadas team.

This means that all project and action content is produced by professionals who are authorities in agribusiness. The material created gathers technical information and serves as a source of knowledge and updating for all members of the movement.

Exchange of information and constant evolution. This is what makes the Agroligadas movement increasingly important.

Events

To be Agroligada is to be present in the Agro chain.

And to be present, we carry out and participate in several events.

Most of them together with other fronts, for members of the movement and also for the external public.

These are training, qualification and communication events with society. Thus, we connect the countryside and the city even more.

Institutional Relations

Dialoguing to evolve: one of the purposes of Agroligadas.

We always seek to approach institutions that represent classes and politics. Thus, we create space for public and collective debates in a non-partisan way, we establish articulation with entities, organizations and different spheres of public power.

And so we evolved. Connecting different groups in society, always thinking about the future of agribusiness.
