The Core has only been active for a short time, but already collects events held on behalf of agribusiness
The women of Roraima started the Core in a WhatsApp group on September 17, 2021. There, a chat about the Movement began, and also to share ideas and knowledge.
In the following month, more specifically on October 7th, the Core was made effective in the state, through an event that took place in the SETRABES auditorium in Boa Vista – RR. On this occasion we have already had the presence of the coordinator, Roberta Nicaretta and the vice-coordinator, Bianca Faccio, as well as Edenize Perin, who is the Coordinator of the Sinop (MT) Core. The Board of Directors of the Agroligadas was also present in a virtual way, and this moment was very important for us.
In this first event we received approximately 70 women, indirectly or directly linked to agribusiness. All of them helped us to reinforce the purpose of the Agroligadas and, to close with a golden key, we ended the evening with a cocktail party, which provided us with a moment of communication and a nice opportunity to get to know each other and exchange experiences.
On March 29 of this year (2022), the Agroligadas were present at the event “O Agro em Destaque”, idealized by FAERR/SENAR. We were joined by Camilla Telles, agribusiness content creator, who talked about the importance of promoting Brazilian agribusiness. We were also able to see up close an exhibition of materials produced in the training courses that are offered by SENAR Roraima, such as medicinal plants, sweets and jams, digital interactive panels, among others.
In May, on the 11th, we started the coordination meetings of the Core, counting on the presence of our coordinator and other members, such as Neidimara Moraes, Cristiana Winkler, Fernanda Ramalho, Elizabeth Mitie, and Mirian Dallabona, who help us day after day to build the identity of the movement here in Roraima.
The last event held by the Core was in August, on the 12th. The lecture aimed at women received the publicist and corporate communication specialist, Claudia Luz, who approached topics such as communication with empathy that needs to be exercised by the agriculture and cattle-raising sector. She told us some cases of her experience, stories of producers, and brought us a way to understand how to present agribusiness in the right way.
We know that, even though we have just been founded, the Agroligadas of Roraima have a long way to go alongside the other Core that have been active for a longer time. Let us all, together throughout Brazil, take agribusiness even further.
